It concerns proposed building developments [small modern houses] on the site of Spark's Garage on Chorlton Green; on the site of the former hardware shop on Beech Road [to be demolished; the Lloyd's pub [a prime site is all we are allowed to say]. Also some football club buildings and fence on Turn Moss Fields behind the houses on Edge Lane and Bolesworth Close.

However there is one development we do recommend. The cafe on Beech Road in the former bookshop is under way. Well the builders turned up at least.
