Lomo Action Sampler on Beech Road
lomo action sampler Fun with the Lomo Action Sampler.  
Read about it, bought it, about £24, and tried it. It’s a camera, it’s made in Russia. Very lo-tech, bright and plastic and the difference is it has four lenses. So you get four pictures on one frame with a second delay between the first and the last picture. Uses standard 35mm film. No flash, no battery, focus free. Here's the test drive

Plus points  
It looks interesting. Enough that people ask you about it.  Weight a mere 4 ounces with the film in. Small palm size. You can take it to pieces and back again with a screwdriver should something go wrong. Best for moving subjects.  

Down points  
You have to find a photo lab that will print quarter frame pictures. Boots developed mine - no charge but couldn’t do prints, and others couldn’t either. Eventually found Advance Photo on John Dalton Street, Manchester and it was no problem. Results can be patchy. Sometimes different colours and exposures encountered across one frame.
